WELCOME to the Women’s Ministry of First Baptist Church! You will find that this is the place where biblical truth meets life through transforming Bible Studies, connecting with other women, forming life long relationships, and supporting and encouraging small groups.
If you have not participated in one of our events, please try us out. Women do not have to be members of the church to participate. Our Women’s Ministry is here for two reasons:
1. To introduce women to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. To provide them with opportunities for discipleship so that they may be equipped to minister to others – family, friends, church, etc.
Our Women’s Ministry focuses on two main events, Bible studies throughout the year and “Ladies Night Out” once a year. First, Bible study is our number one priority. You can share fellowship and accountability with other women while deepening your relationship with God. Regardless of your stage in life, this ministry has something to offer you, and you have something to offer it! We believe strongly in the Titus 2 principle, so our Bible studies are not categorized by specific ages
.
Our Bible studies are offered on Friday mornings at 9:30 am. We keep it simple so that you can adjust your calendar. This enables ladies to plan ahead of time and keep this time free.
Secondly, we have a wonderful Women’s Ministry Banquet with great speakers, beautiful music, incredible fellowship, and door prizes! These are exciting events and create a spirit of joy and refreshment.
Membership at First Baptist is not a requirement to come and enjoy these wonderful evenings with women. Please come join us. We are excited about this growing ministry of our church and want to invite you to become a part!
